Early Career

I started my career as a graphic designer and web developer when I was in high school 20 years ago and worked my way to become a successful IT professional, as it is what I am most enthusiastic about. Although my primary focus is on Systems & Network Administration and Cloud Architecture, I have a wide range of experience and technical knowledge by having the opportunity to work for various industries such as Photo Laboratories, Education Institutions, and TV Studios. Coming from graphic design, video editing and directing positions, I gained in-depth work experience and expertise using various industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud with Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom, Video Editing programs including Premiere Pro, After Effects and FinalCut Pro, 3D animation, and architecture-related software such as AutoCAD, 3DMax and Revit. I worked with various operating systems, small and large network infrastructures and storage solutions, performed data backup and recovery, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while I wasn't an IT person specifically.

Motivation

My combined experience and technical knowledge motivated me to proceed with IT certifications and have a career in Systems and Network Administration. I am currently holding MCSE, CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNA Security and VCP certifications. My next goal is to gain more knowledge and experience in AWS and to become an AWS certified solutions architect. I also want to proceed with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology down the road.

Other Skills

I am a super motivated, enthusiastic and passionate person with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. I love working with people and I have great communication skills and fully understand how important it is to deliver outstanding customer care. I have great organizational skills and always plan my weeks' work in advance to make sure I perform to a high standard. I have a strong work ethic which includes a solid attendance record and frequent overtime upon request. I am always looking for ways to improve the way I perform at work.

Hobbies

I love spending time with my family and play with my two years old adorable son, possibly a future smart IT person. Also, being a former track and field athlete I love running, riding my bike and being active. I love reading information technology and security news and as much as possible, be informed with rapidly growing technology trends.
